Join either via the vanilla game (by using Codex-Ipsa or BetaCraft), or with ClassiCube.

Omniarchive SMP (1.21)

IP: smp.omniarchive.uk
Join using by launching 1.21 in your launcher of choice, and join the server like you would any other.
